Group of commutation switches.
The wooden ones were used by the Argentine Railway administration in their telegraph lines.
The one at the far right was used to commutate automatic telegraph transmission equipment for submarine cables (using the “Regenerator” system) at the branches of the Western Telegraph Co.
The one in the middle, made by Muirhead & Co. is a send-receive switch used by the Montevideo branch of Italcable.
